1) The Greer Home
This is a 2800 sq. ft add-on. Original house was completed in December of 2001, and we recently completed this incredible add-on. Notice the balcony that views a private lake. One interesting note about this project is that the original house was logs that were not REAL LOG HOMES. We can and do use other brands of logs, if necessary.

3) Eagle's Nest Observation Tower
Whether you enjoy stargazing or watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset, Eagle's Nest sets the stage, with 20 mile views and a lookout over the 1,000 acre conservation area. Fully equipped with restrooms, air-conditioned look out room, built-in outdoor grill, and a beautifully designed observation deck to enjoy all that nature has to offer.
4) The Huff Home Inside & Outside
This gorgeous home backs up to a huge pecan orchard. The floor is similar to the model home, but the fireplace is moved to the side wall, as to not obstruct the view! This scaled down version of the model is 2300 sq. ft. What a cozy house! Great decorating job!
5) The Moore Home
This beautiful log home is sitting in the middle of 1, 000 acres! Designed after the model home, this home was expanded to include an attached garage. Above the garage is a large bedroom, with a private stairway from the garage for guests. This brings the total square footage to over 4, 000 sq.ft. What a fantastic place!
6) The Shine Home
Not all homes that we build have to be huge! This second home, located at a lake, is a perfect size and setting for a second home. Though this house is just under 1, 200 sq.ft., it is designed to feel much larger, with an open concept in mind.
7) The Howard Home
An exterior and interior shot of this fantastic home! Square footage is 3300, and is very similar to our model, with just a few changes. The interior touch that Teri has added makes this a magazine home!
8) The Holbert Home Inside & Outside

9) The Zoeller Home
This hill country house is a stunner! Austin stone on the outside, with log siding on gable ends. Walk inside, and the log rafter roof system, with wood ceiling will take your breath away! We can do and incorporate rock and log for an awesome looking home!
10) The DeMichele Home
Not every home that we build has to be rustic or log. Neither one want the rustic look. However, they chose us to build their house because of our solid reputation.
This house is a gorgeous conventional home, build with an exterior of brick and Hardi-plank siding. Beautiful home with conventional touches, we can do that too!
11) The Magrath Home
Atop a hill with beautiful views, this house is in the making to be a nice escape from the city! It also has a detached 2-car garage with the same materials as the house. This home is a "dry-in." At approximately 1,500 sq. ft. plus 530 sq.ft. for the garage, this home fits the saying "great things come in small packages!"
12 The McLean Home
This log home is quite a sight to see. It is very similar to our model home except there is one wing off of the great room instead of two. It is approximately 2,100 sq. ft. with a carport and storage shed. The home is designed to be a one bedroom with a possible upstairs bedroom in the future. What a beautiful place to call home!
13) The Amburn Home
This ranch-style home is a comfy 2,000 sq. ft. It has log construction on the outside and conventional framing on the inside. It also features a catwalk that leads to a bedroom on one end and a game room on the other. The design also called for a carport on the back of the home. This is a beautiful house with a great view!
14) The Hartz Home
Situated in a picturesque ranch, this nearly 3,000 sq. ft. house mimics the low roof line of another structure on the same property. The design concept is a garage with living quarters upstairs. It will have a log accents on the interior and stone walls with cedar accents on the exterior. The house is coming along very nicely!
15) Sundance Lodge Spec House & Barn Inside & Outside
This large home is quite a stunning sight to see! The dormers on all sides of the house frame the beautiful landscapes. The spec house has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, game room, loft that wraps around the beautiful fireplace that punches through to the second floor, and a 3-car garage with bathroom and wine room. The garage is designed to be an entertainment area with the swimming pool edging the garage porch. The barn, with its unique siding, comes with the home as well. 16) The Herzog/Shotzman Home
This unique, two-story residence is composed of a barn on the ground level and an apartment on the upper level. The barn houses four horse stalls. It has a wash and tack room. The apartment contains two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a balcony. The views are stunning as well!
17) The Rogers Home
This unique home just started and will have a stucco finish with a metal roof. It sits on a beautiful lot located in a ranch at approximately 2270 sq. ft. The angles designed into house will add lots of character, as well as the beautiful courtyard. The home also has a living and dining area open to each other, a nicely designed kitchen with hearth room next to it, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a studio/office, a spacious sewing room for Shawn, and a 3-car garage mostly for Bruce! We are excited to see the house come to life.
18) The Brittan Home Inside & Outside
This neat home is situated on a lot right by the lake. This project just got under way and is approximately 3690 sq. ft. with a rock and log finish. The house and 3-car garage are two stories with the second story of house having a loft that looks down into the family room, half bath, storage, area, leading out to a unique A-frame style balcony. The second story of the garage will be floored attic space for even more storage. The first floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a den/office, large utility room, family room, dining room, and kitchen. The best part is the wraparound porch with one side of it being very deep. What a nice lake lot with a nice place to kick off your shoes!
19) The Wilson Home Inside & Outside
At approximately 5,123 sq. ft., this rock & cedar home is perfect for those who need more space. It is a post and beam home with a basement and 2 stories above that. The home has a little something for everyone with 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a loft, media room, playroom, recreation room, 3-car garage, decks, a gazebo, and more. All of this facing a beautiful pond and many acres of land to play on!
20) The Smith Home
This classic ranch home made of rock & log is situated on a beautiful ranch. The home is modeled after our Burleson model home, but with its own flair. It is roughly 2300 sq. ft. with a spacious family room, kitchen, loft, 2-car garage, bunk room & many other rooms. Most of all, there is a large outdoor living area facing an incredible view!
SERVICE PROJECTS
1) The Darr Home Inside & Outside
This lovely construction is an addition to the Darr home. The main part of the ground floor will be used as a garage with a bathroom serving the beautiful pool it surrounds. The second floor has room for a small loft, bathroom, closet, & bedroom with lots of windows. The new porch will extend from the existing porch of which one side will be enclosed to become a sunroom with views out to the pool. What a nice addition!
2) The Eubank Home Inside & Outside
This gambrel-roofed home is a renovation project. The before and after pictures are truly amazing! The great room, shown with a stone exterior and fireplace, is an add-on that brings such a nice color palette to the home. Great renovation and add-on job, guys!
