David Langford has been building homes in North Texas for over 30 years. Our custom homes are unique to each of our customers. We strive to build a home that meets your life style and budget.   One of our specialties is building a modern home and adding rustic touches to give you that "lodge" feel.

Our building process begins with an initial appointment with our design staff. This time is utilized in communicating your lifestyle and gathering input from you on what you desire in a home. We will discuss your lot and any geographical situations that may be present in your building site. We strive to gather as much information about you, so we can work together to create a home that suits both your needs and financial budget. During this meeting we also provide a tour of our model homes followed by a pictorial show of many of our custom built homes.

Once we have gathered all the initial details about you and your lifestyle, we begin the design of your home on our three dimensional computer software. You will be able to take virtual tours of your home as it is being designed. We email our design plans to you for input and continue to refine our design until you have the home of your dreams.

After we have created your home we will provide you with a contract and layout plans so you can obtain financing if needed. Once this is all in place, we are ready to begin construction of your home. During this construction, you will be busy picking out such items as cabinets, counter tops, appliances, floors, and other home accessories from our list of vendors. In about six months your home will be completed and ready for you to move in.
